Water Aerobics & More 


All BAC aquatic classes are offered at $5.50 per person. There's never a need to register. Simply show up when you can.

Water Exercise

BAC water aerobics is a combination of shallow and deep water work to help strengthen your cardiovascular system and core. Classes are led by an aquatics instructor who encourages you to challenge yourself in order to change yourself. There's a moderate to high-intensity class structure. Monday - Saturday: 7:00a.m.-8:00 a.m. (Indoor Pool) Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.

Splash Dance

A gently choreographed water workout with upbeat tunes. Get cardio and muscle toning in this moderate to high energy class. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Yoga H2O

Incorporating yoga flows and holds in and out of the water. 
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

This is a non-impact class. Water is a safe, ideal environment for relieving pain and stiffness. That's why the Arthritis Foundation offers its aquatic program, designed to safely keep your joints moving and improve your sense of well-being.


The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in warm water, with guidance from a trained instructor, will help you gain strength and flexibility. Monday - Thursday: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Stretch & Strengthening

A moderate to moderately high-intensity aerobics class. The warmth and buoyancy of the pool water provide an ideal exercise environment for individuals. You will find the warm, soothing water allows for more pain-free motion than exercise on land. Interval training, Tabata workouts, and cardio routines are part of this class. Monday - Thursday: 1:00p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

High-Intensity Interval Training

This class includes moderate to intense intervals of cardio compounded strength training and endurance training. Mondays and Wednesdays: 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Starting Sept.18th - Nov. 6th

Baby Bobbers

This class is designed to introduce young children, accompanied by their parents or caregivers, to the water and prepare them for preschool lessons. Participants will learn about water safety and techniques to help them feel comfortable in the water. This class provides an excellent bonding experience. Ages 6 months to 3 years.
