Aquatic Classes
Water Aerobics & More
There's never a need to register. Simply show up when you can!
Each class must have 2 participants in order to be held.
Water Exercise
BAC water aerobics is a combination of shallow and deep water work to help
strengthen your cardiovascular system and core.
Classes are led by an aquatics instructor who encourages you to
challenge yourself in order to change yourself.
There's a moderate to high-intensity class structure.
Monday - Saturday: 7:00-8:00 am
Inter-Circuit Workout
This class combines muscular resistance, cardio and balance to
provide a well-rounded workout. We will use equipment and stations at times,
along with great music to help us keep the pace.
Shoes are recommended.
Monday: 8:00-9:00 am
Functional Fluid Fusion
In this class, movements are designed to help improve balance, core stabilization.
flexibility, extension, range of motion, and mental functions (Neurobics).
Music and tempo are used to help build core stability and strength. Shoes are recommended.
Friday 8:00-9:00 am
Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
This is a non-impact class designed specifically for people with arthritis or other musculoskeletal conditions.
Improve your joint flexibility and range of motion, reduce pain and stiffness, increase cardiovascular and muscle strength
and endurance, improve balance and coordination, decrease fatigue, and improve overall perceived health status utilizing the water's buoyancy and resistance.
The buoyancy of the water helps to reduce the impact we tend to place on our body during traditional "land workouts."
The water exercises are facilitated by the use of aqua equipment, some games or dances, and of course fun with friends!
Monday thru Thursdays 12:00 -1:00 pm (Limit 10 people)
Aqua Fitness
This is a moderate to high-intensity shallow water class designed for all levels of aquatic fitness.
By using the water's resistance to tone and define the body, you will enjoy toning, improved balance and flexibility.
The class is structured to use interval training, Tabata or circuit workouts,
aqua yoga and Pilates while using a variety of equipment.
Monday and Wednesday 1:00-2:00 pm.
Evening Water Fitness
This Water Fitness class is for adults and uses a combination of shallow and deep water
to help strengthen your cardiovascular system and core.
The class will be instructor lead and will encourage you to challenge yourself, so
you get the results you desire. Moderate to High Intensity.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm
Liquid Gym
We will utilize both pools for a variety of workouts in deep and shallow water! Be prepared to shake it up!
Moderate to High intensity
Must have 2 participants for this class. Limit for class is 10 participants.
Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm (Indoor and Outdoor Pool)
Hydro Physio Blast
Gently choreographed with upbeat tunes. Cardiovascular training and muscle toning.
Outdoor Pool
Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30-10:30 am
