Water Aerobics & More
All BAC aquatic classes are offered at $5.50 per person. There's never a need to register. Simply show up when you can.
BAC water aerobics is a combination of shallow and deep water work to help strengthen your cardiovascular system and core. Classes are led by an aquatics instructor who encourages you to challenge yourself in order to change yourself. There's a moderate to high-intensity class structure. Monday - Saturday: 7:00a.m.-8:00 a.m. (Indoor Pool) Limit 10 people
A gently choreographed water workout with upbeat tunes. Get cardio and muscle toning in this moderate to high energy class.Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:30am-10:30am(outside)
Incorporating yoga flows and holds in and out of the water.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Class will resume Fall 2020
This class is designed to introduce young children, accompanied by their parents or caregivers, to the water and prepare them for preschool lessons. Participants will learn about water safety and techniques to help them feel comfortable in the water. This class provides an excellent bonding experience. Ages 6 months to 3 years.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
This is a non-impact class designed specifically for people with arthritis or other musculoskeletal conditions. Improve your joint flexibility and range of motion, reduce pain and stiffness, increase cardiovascular and muscle strength and endurance, improve balance and coordination, decrease fatigue, and improve overall perceived health status utilizing the water's buoyancy and resistance. The buoyancy of the water helps to reduce the impact we tend to place on our body during traditional "land workouts." The water exercises are facilitated by the use of aqua equipment, some games or dances, and of course fun with friends!
Monday thru Thursdays 12:15pm -1pm(indoor Pool)Limit 8 people
This is a moderate to high intensity shallow water class designed for all levels of aquatic fitness. By using the water's resistance to tone and define the body, you will enjoy toning, improved balance and flexibility. The Class is structured to use interval training, Tabata or circuit workouts, aqua yoga and Pilates while using a variety of equipment.
Monday thru Thursday 1:30-2:30pm Limit 10 people
This Water Fitness class is for adults and uses a combination of shallow and deep water to help strengthen your cardiovascular system and core. Class will be instructor lead and will encourage you to challenge yourself, so you get the results you desire. Moderate to High Intensity. (Outdoor Pool)
Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm(must have 2 participants)
This is an athletic based class that targets cardio and muscular strength. We will be using a variety of equipment to help take it up a notch. Fins will be used at times. Bring goggles and fins if you have them(we have some).
