Water Exercise Classes
Our Water Aerobics use a combination of shallow and deep water to help strengthen
your cardiovascular system and core.Class is a mixture of interval, circuit , sports, strength, and dance.
Using noodles, bands, balls, dumb bells, and boards. Get up and down to all kinds of music that will keep you moving.
